Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, which include tea and sweets, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and product integrity reasons.

However, we will exchange or refund items in the following cases:

If the delivered item is damaged, soiled, or differs from your order.
Should you encounter any issues, please promptly contact us via the inquiry form. We will verify the situation and take appropriate action.

Please note: If you refuse to pay customs duties, VAT, or similar fees and the item is returned, we cannot issue a refund or reship the item. We appreciate your understanding.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
