Why Matcha

Beyond a simple cup of tea—a supreme health experience through whole-leaf nutrition.

While traditional green tea steeps the leaves in water, matcha is made from ground whole leaves — so you consume every last bit of them. This means you absorb the full spectrum of catechins, L-theanine, and vitamins. It sharpens focus while bringing a calm, gentle relaxation — an experience nothing else can replicate.

Our Story

How We Came to Bring Japanese Matcha to the World

” The matcha boom has flooded the market with "green powder" that bears little resemblance to the real thing

We are the fourth generation of a family that has cultivated tea in Shizuoka for over 80 years. As matcha's global popularity surged, we grew alarmed at the rising tide of low-quality products made with no regard for authenticity. "We want to bring the true taste of matcha to the world" — driven by that single conviction, we launched a brand that ships directly from our farm. From field selection to production methods to packaging, we make zero compromises in delivering genuinely single-origin matcha.
