Matcha：“Kameyama Matcha”
Blessed with pure water, fertile soil, and a mild climate, Kameyama has been a tea-producing region for over a thousand years.
The matcha in this product is made from Yabukita tea leaves.

Rice：“Musubi no Kami” (God of Bonds)
We grind the top-grade “Musubi no Kami” rice—grown with love and dedicated to Ise Grand Shrine—into rice flour in-house.
Compared to wheat flour, it has a moist texture and becomes sweeter as it cools, making it perfect for Baumkuchen.

Eggs：
Eggs packed with rich flavor are key to the taste of the dough.
We use “Pie Eggs” from Torika Poultry Farm, where the chickens are raised on a carefully selected, custom-blended feed without the use of any antibiotics or medications.
