Our Favourite Matcha Latte
Sift 1 teaspoon (approx. 2g) of matcha into a tea bowl
Add 60ml of water at 70°C and whisk in an "M" motion for about 15 seconds using a chasen
Warm 150ml of your preferred milk, froth it, and pour slowly over the matcha
Add honey or maple syrup to taste — and enjoy

We are the fourth generation of a family that has cultivated tea in Shizuoka for over 100 years. As matcha's global popularity surged, we grew alarmed at the rising tide of low-quality products made with no regard for authenticity. "We want to bring the true taste of matcha to the world" — driven by that single conviction, we launched a brand that ships directly from our farm. From field selection to production methods to packaging, we make zero compromises in delivering genuinely single-origin matcha.

Yes, our tea farmers do use pesticides; however, they are strictly applied within regulated limits. Please be assured that they are entirely safe for human consumption and meet all applicable safety standards.
