This is a hard-textured Baumkuchen made with Meyer lemons. It is infused with Meyer lemon jelly and coated with a Meyer lemon glaze. Enjoy its refreshingly sweet and tangy flavor.

Lemons：
We use Meyer lemon juice sourced from Mie Prefecture. Some of the peel is sourced from safe and reliable domestic Japanese producers.

Rice：“Musubi no Kami” (God of Bonds)
We grind the top-grade “Musubi no Kami” rice—grown with love and dedicated to Ise Grand Shrine—into rice flour in-house.
Compared to wheat flour, it has a moist texture and becomes sweeter as it cools, making it perfect for Baumkuchen.

Eggs：
Eggs packed with rich flavor are key to the taste of the dough.
We use “Pie Eggs” from Torika Poultry Farm, where the chickens are raised on a carefully selected, custom-blended feed without the use of any antibiotics or medications.
